Who we are

This website is operated by Herark Pty Ltd. In these terms, "Herark", "we" and "us" mean that company.

Using this site

You may read, link to and quote from this website. You may not present it as your own, use it to imply an association with Herark that does not exist, or attempt to interfere with the site or the server it runs on.

Press assets

Assets published in this press centre, meaning screenshots, key art, logos, video and fact sheets, may be used in editorial coverage of Herark and its games without asking us first. That permission covers news reporting, review, criticism, previews and commentary.

It does not extend to altering our logos, using our assets on merchandise or products, using them in advertising for anything that is not our game, or using them in a way that suggests we endorse or are partnered with something we are not. Everything remains our property and we can withdraw permission for a specific use.

If what you want to do is not clearly covered, ask at press@herark.net. We would rather say yes than have you guess.

Our intellectual property

The Herark name, the Herark logo, our game titles and codenames, and the text and design of this website are our property or are used by us under licence. Nothing on this site transfers any of it to you beyond the press permission set out above.

Accuracy

We publish this site in good faith and try to keep it correct. Games in development change, and anything described here as unannounced or in development may change or may never be released. Nothing on this site is a commitment to make, finish or release any particular game, and nothing on it is a contractual promise.

Links out

Where we link to another site, such as a Steam store page, we do not control it and we are not responsible for it. Its terms are its own.

Liability

This site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude liability for loss arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms excludes any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria have jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies.
