Herark Limited develops and publishes original games for PC, released through Steam.
Herark was incorporated in Ireland in 2026 and operates from North Point Business Park in Cork. The company is founder-led and independent, which means the people making decisions about a game are the same people building it. We are not working to an external publisher's calendar, and we are not adapting someone else's licence.
What we do
We build our own games
Original titles taken from concept through prototype, production and release, developed in-house rather than contracted out.
We handle the release
Store presence, build pipeline, age ratings, pricing and post-launch patching — the work that sits between a finished build and a player buying it.
PC first, via Steam
We release on Steam because it is where our audience already is, and it lets a small studio reach players directly.
How we work
Small studios succeed by finishing things. Our process is deliberately unglamorous: prove the core of a game in a rough prototype before committing to production, cut scope early rather than late, and put builds in front of real players well before release rather than discovering problems on launch day.
Being both developer and publisher means release planning is not an afterthought handed to someone else at the end. Store page, pricing and launch timing are decided alongside the game itself.
